Persons over 15 may attend only as club officers or active volunteers registered with a specific church/club.

Note: No provision for parents or other individuals not directly connected to the approved groups. All attendees must be under the management of a church/club.

  • Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable but transferable.

Church Board Approval
For insurance purposes, each participating club must have formal church board approval to attend the Camporee.

 
Security & Wristbands

  • All registered participants must wear their issued wristbands for the entire event.
     

  • Only pre-registered individuals will be admitted.
     

  • Day guests must pre-register and pay through their club director.
     

  • No unregistered visitors will be allowed on-site.
