Registration fees are non‑refundable but transferable.

Each club must obtain formal Church Board approval (for insurance).

Attendance is limited to approved clubs/delegations. No general provision for parents or independent individuals.
Utilize the AI Agent to Complete Your Registration Process
To register, you must first receive a registration number and official receipt from your local Conference or Mission. This is done by making your payment through the Youth Department of your local field. When filling out the online form, you will be required to upload your receipt and enter your registration number.
