Registration Opens August 2025

Registration for the Easter 2026 Caribbean Union Pathfinder Wilderness Camporee is officially open! Beginning this month, clubs and delegates can start securing their place for what promises to be one of the largest gatherings of Pathfinders, Master Guides, and leaders across the region. With over 3,000 expected attendees, early registration is strongly encouraged to ensure every club is well-prepared and represented.

Delegates who register during August will benefit from a special 10% Early Bird Discount, while those registering in September will receive a 5% discount. Standard fees apply from October through November, and late fees will be added for December registrations. The final registration deadline is December 15, 2025 — after this date, no new applications will be accepted.

Each registered delegate will receive an official camporee shirt, pin, and souvenir, along with a unique ID bracelet for security.
